Video Release Form

1. I grant We Are All Souls/Jami Ralston and its designees the right to use the video/reading in any format, now known or later developed. I grant, without limitation, the right to edit, mix, duplicate, and use or re-use the video/reading in whole or parts as We Are All Souls/Jami Ralston may elect. 

2. I grant We Are All Souls/Jami Ralston and its designees the right to broadcast, exhibit, market, and otherwise distribute the video/reading, in whole or in parts, and alone or with other products, for any purpose We Are All Souls/Jami Ralston or its designees determine. This grant includes the right to use the video/reading for promoting or publicizing. 

3. I have the right to enter into Agreement and am not restricted by commitments to third parties.

4. We Are All Souls/Jami Ralston has no financial commitment or obligations to me due to the Agreement. 

5. Considering all the above, I acknowledge receipt of reasonable and fair consideration from We Are All Souls/Jami Ralston. I have read, understand, and agree to all of the above and that the rights granted to We Are All Souls/Jami Ralston herein are perpetual and worldwide.
